The location of Tourmaline Guest House is what we required and met our expectations. Parking is safe and secure.
I booked a room with 2 single beds, there was only a double bed. An extra bed had to be carried in on my insistence. The beds have seen better days, as well as the bathroom towels. The bedding on the otherhand is acceptable. The person on duty could not say when breakfast is, but said that normally the kitchen staff only arrives after 7, then breakfast starts at maybe 8. When we booked out at 7 the next morning I had to go and wake the reception to close the gate.

Disappointing
There is a cute little lapa for guests to use and a mini put-put course for children (very mini though!). The pool was nice and clean and the bathroom and shower was spacious.
I had to go inside the owner's actual house to pay. I did not like that. A professional reception area would be better. The airconditioning turned on but did not cool down the room at all. I suspect it needs maintenance. Everything inside the room also just felt a bit shabby. The kettle and the fridge are not modern or in great condition. The person who answered the phone when I contacted the property was not very professional.
