Loved the balcony on the room. Good wine fridge for us to have sitting on the balcony. Pool area nice great to cool off. Breakfast was lovely but otherwise you need to go out for food.

Good size room.
The photos show nice views, but our expensive room was actually looking on a wall 1 meter away, feeling like being in a cellar. Way too expensive - 4star orice with 2star feeling.

Bad smell in room, had to open window the full evening so that we could sleep. Hard to find reception, we arrived late in the evening and couldnt find reception and staff to help us check in.

A beautiful guesthouse, literally on the edge of Windhoek, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The decoration of the rooms and the breakfast/reception hall is outstanding. Each room has its own terrace. Refrigeration with a selection of cold drinks in each room. Very good quality of the beds. No restaurant on the premises, so dinner needs to be ordered for delivery, alternatively restaurant Stellenbosch is only a 5' taxi ride away. Secured and closed parking. Ideally situated on the way to/from the airport.

The bed and the sheets were comfortable.
Unacceptably EXPENSIVE for nothing. The location is basically in the middle of no where so you cant go anywhere unless you have a car. The facilities are nothing special, basic outdoor furniture and the pool is basically a one-person bathtub (very small). Not to mention that the water in the bathtub was very brown and dirty. And the plug doesnt hold the water. So the water is constantly draining making a very loud sound There is no hospitality in this guesthouse. Very unfriendly staff. The breakfast is included in this extremely high price for a room and we had an early flight so a sandwich was promised. But instead a nicely homemade sandwich, it was a pre-made, very dry, very salty supermarket sandwich. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Really not worth the money they are asking for!! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Dont make the same mistake we have!!!

Everything else. This is just a functional, overnight stay. Everything is basic. Almost no service from the staff. No soul.

Beautiful African decor. Quality bedding and toiletries. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. Safe and welcoming. A perfect stay as our first night in Namibia.

We were all alone at night. No one was there. No other people, no staff. There is no food. You have to order take out. It felt a bit uneasy being alone in a big house

Everything was clean
The quality of the bedding were sub- standard. No flat sheet. Cheap poly cotton and old bedding, Small single bed duvet, not the standard 3/4 for a single bed. No service, although is a Boutique Hotel. Need service because it is not a self catering place. No milk for coffee or tea or rusks. It is called Boutique Hotel, but the standards are poor.

Nicely decorated rooms. Good view.
Bit of a cold reception on arrival. Static shocks when touching banister or room door. Heating in room was not working. Breakfast was basic, especially for price.

Great atmosphere, very good food, really luxurious room, very clean, friendly staff. If I am ever in Windhoek again I would definitely like to stay here again.
