Location is good.
Breakfast was good with the other chef, once the chef changed it was not the same.
they can reduce the pieces of Art in the room "less is more""
The goodness of the meals was no consistent. Staff were friendly but the owners or Managers were unfriendly. Could not even greet their customers.

Good location. Spacious rooms.
Overpriced and we were stolen money in our room during breakfast. The owner then ignored us. Much better off going to the Weinberg Hotel.

My stay has been perfect and all the staff was really nice and helpful
The pool was a bit dirty but they cleaned it as soon as I asked it
Explain your client the night procedure when they want to go out (all doors of the common areas were locked but I found out you can go out by another side)

Amazing property, fantastic design. We loved the set-up.
It seems it’s over it’s hay day as a lot of maintenance work would be required to get the standard it once had. It’s a great place, but with some maintenance it would be awesome.

Tastefully decorated, nice ambiance of the suite. The restaurant was unexpectedly good. Service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will be back.
Location is a bit secluded (25 min walk) which I guess is a plus to be away from the hubbub of the city center and also makes it safe.

Size of the room, and private plunge pool. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was limited, but quality was very good.
The rooms are dated and requires some maintenance. My room was not serviced for the duration of my stay. Cleanliness could be better. Pillows need to be changed, they are virtually non-existent.

Room was fantastic, though the plunge pool was a bit cold!
The restaurant service was a bit variable with frequent mistakes and the food was a little disappointing for dinner as we had high expectations.
