Very Good
From the first day the staff were very helpful and understanding. The facilities were clean and smart. The location was good, not noisy and providing excellent views of the city at night. The food was excellent with lots of options available.

Staff were unhelpful upon checkin, Room door was broken, no towels in the room, no room service you have to go down to get your own food or pay 38 dollars extra to get it brought to the room.
Hotel reception called me at 10 pm to come down and pay for the room which was weird because I was already sleeping.
Really had a bad time here . Not going to repeat this stay that’s for sure

It was situated in a safe area.
Close to main road which becomes a bit noisy in the early morning and late afternoons. The room felt out of date. The stairs in the passage made it difficult to transport the luggage.

excepcionally good,it is well located, few minutes from Wernil shopping mall and the breakfast improved a lot with an automatic expresso coffe machine

Not much.
The hotel rooms are old and in dire need of an update. The bathroom towels are old and look grey and worn. The check-in took very long. We were told to sit in the waiting area and wait to be checked in, then waited 20min. The service at the reception desk was extremely slow.
Have stayed there twice before but won't stay there again.

as mentioned before . Reception staff and doorman amazing . Location good . Car parking on site free.
Restaurant service needs to be improved , overal restuarant needs a refurb.
Inconsitancy with whats on offer daily in breakfast room. Overall purchasing for restuarant not the best. Always items missing from breakfast buffet to the evenign meal menu .

Very pleasant staff overall. Exception being the wonderful reception agents and doorman. Always willing to help and always available to sort out anything we required. Manager on duty always available .
Sadly the inconsistancy of the breakfast room. Some items on the buffet some days then some not the next . Constant service was there but not forfiling the roll eg: clearing plates not lwetting them pile up on tables , checking if all is well with customer ( commnunication) then off course the replcement needed of the chairs tables etc all a bit worn down.

my room , i absolutely adored...it was big and quite fresh even if there was an air conditioner..it was the best..although it was on the second floor i adored!!
the tv channels , they could make use of more movie channels and take out a music channel that looks like more porn than music itself..they could at least put 4 serious movie channels not the nigerian movie channel or nigerian music channel that advertises their politician, it is an hotel not a political campain center..
