It's a generally beautiful place with a beautiful pool that's useful.
No basic toiletries. The provided bar soap was already opened. I wish they can start saving meals, so we don't have to drive away.

close to airport, quiet location, ok for an overnight stay
was cold weather so could have more blankets or heater in room....would be great if the restaurant can get up and running, will then be more convenient if can get food at the lodge.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late (about 21h30) and left again at 08h00 the next morning. Although some of the furnishings were outdated, they were well maintained.
There is a "step" rise to the bathroom - perhaps tape a reflector there? We all stumped our toes on it. The shower pressure is great! But the hot water capacity is very little - 2 people showered and there was no more hot water. The 3rd person showered in the morning. The actual shower handle needs some attention - calcification in the shower head, so not all nozzles are open.

The location is not well indicated and the directions on the Booking.com website is incorrect. The shower is extremely small

Nothing -didn't even check in -no reception to check in a School bus full of children at the only pool and clearly not staying there so day visitors Pictures are very very misleading -chalets/houses very close to each other so left without encountering any staff or seeing any reception area

I was booked in but there was nobody at the Lode. The place was like a GRAVE YARD
Service. At least a notice on the door of RECEPTION if any body is at the lodge and a CELL: NUMBER

Reasonable distance from airport.
No air-condition, bed light no bulb. Security is only a wire fence around the property. No burglar bars or Trellidoor for the room. Did not smell clean. Noise from road is a lot. Turn of from the road has no sign and is dangerous. No restaurant or bar. Apparently it only serve groups.

Location was good next to the airport.
The reception didnt expect our arrival, even tho we had the confirmed booking. Unfortunately at this day the responsible lady for the bookings has to stay in hospital and the gardener had to make our Lodge ready. So we had to wait roughly 1h until we finally checked in. Beside of that the staff was friendly and the rest of our stay was without further problems.
