It is quite far out of the city and not close to any supermarket to walk to.

The noise, continual day and night from guests .
The linen poor quality, holes burnt, uncomfortable old mattresses and pillows.
Old broken lamps furniture poor quality.
Was promised separate entrance no such thing.

I like Angela, I was sick and she came to my need. She never bored me . I also like your rooms but not your clothes
You could have served breakfast. Why no soap at the bathrooms? You must provide. You did not allow customers to bring their pets meanwhile I saw cat and dog moving around the premises. Sometimes when am in bed I could hear a dog barking and disturbing.

We loved the friendly staff and the clean room of the rooms. We extended our stay and the kids loved it ! This is always our go to place in Windhoek if its not fully booked! Also the swimming pool is very lovely.
