this hotel is an oasis in the heart of Windhoek. it has great pool, great abundant breakfast, patios to hang out, is near a shopping mall.

The hotel is located very close to major facilities i the town. It is a very short walk to the supermarket from where we can buy food and drinks. The hotel offers a very good breakfast and bathroom needs. It is well exceed our expectation.

Disappointing
The location, the only thing meet our expectations.
1. The cleanness was miserable. Many cockroaches shows up when we had dinner, it's impossible to have food in dining area in this case.
2. The host was friendly, but he only have 6 room keys when checking-in, instead of 7 which we booked and had paid. When asking the missing one, he responded that there are enough beds for everyone. We had to argue with that which was a terrible experience. People book specific rooms for the reason, you don't ask two guests only nodding acquaintance to stay with the 3-member family, although there are 5 beds in the family room.
3. At least one room was run down and the door of bathroom can't even be closed properly.

Great budget stay in the centre of town. Breakfast was pretty damn good.
Centre of town in Windhoek is not that great... next to a petrol station which is pretty dodgy at night. There are guards though, and the car is behind a gate, so no worries about security. Walking around after dark is not advised.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and very good security.
The location is in abad part and outside the hotel gates I did not feel safe . The aria is very noisy till late at night.The shower curtain not clean

The place is nothing fancy but it has everything we needed. Very comfy beds. Good wifi. I was able to stream video. Nice to be in little green oasis in the middle of town. Location is excellent. Breakfast is very copious with a large selection. Definitely recommend

Breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had to extend my stay and they were flexible for my needs. The hotel is right next to a mall, centrally located,easily accessible and convenient. They were also flexible to my travel plans so their late check in and early check out are great
The WiFi was quite weak. I believe different routers were used for different parts of the hotel. I was using 3 versions of their WiFi and depending on where I was it was either great or really poor.

Nice firm bed. Location for access to Spanish Embassy very good.
WiFi was very dysfunctional, which is difficult if you are a foreigner without a local sim card.
The Reception staff appeared to be shared with the neighbouring property, and were very distracted.
TV also didn't work very well - frequent total drop-outs.

Breakfast was good - a variety ! Staff was friendly and my Stay was good ! Very quiet though right in the capital and safe .
