The apartment was spacious, the reception is manned 24 hours, staff was friendly, there is a small kiosk at the reception where they sell drinks and snacks until late. Good water pressure and nice hot water in the shower.
The location, while central, is a dark and shady side street on the back side of the Wernhill mall, where trucks deliver goods. There is also a Petrol Station. It didn't feel safe to walk at night and not even to wait for a taxi on the side walk. The apartment while spacious, was quite worn, it was cold, the floors are all tiled, and the furniture was quite old. To protect the furniture they put thick plastic sheets on all the surfaces. The balcony is completely enclosed by massive metal bars. The place was dark and cold and poorly lit and heated. While the appliances worked as advertised, it was clear that this place has seen better days.

It’s within Windhoek CBD, very close to one of the biggest shopping mall in the city and security is good.
I had challenges checking in because staff claimed that the place was fully booked and had no booking.com notification for me. I was Tired, sweaty and hungry, this crushed my soul to the core☹️☹️. What a welcome! I go out I come, climb stairs to my room only to discover that the access key has been deactivated ☹️

Staff very friendly and helpful, very clean apartment, nice roof terrace, shopping center just a foodstep away, security 24/7
Just very little things, no spongue/towel/liquid for dish washing but thats not a big issue

If you book an apartment with two bedrooms, you should get an apartment with two rooms and not lock one of them straight away. And if the payment is debited in advance, the fridge should be activated at the same time! Otherwise it will take forever for it to cool down.

The accomodation has a guard and is safe, it is also close to a big shopping center, and close to the main sights of Windhoek. The flat is large, and you also have a nice balcony where you can have coffee or tea.
The check-in and check-out process is quite weird, with them counting all the spoons, forks, cups, etc. in the room.

It’s close to Wernhil Mall. Beds are comfortable and clean.
The roaches! We killed roaches every day we were there! The shower floor was very dirty. The couch was dingy and soiled. We asked for an extra blanket and it was spotted with an orange crusty spot. They counted every single spoon before allowing you to get settled and again, before checking out.
