The internet was horrible last time, had a lot of challenges connecting my phone and laptop. The staff helped me in this but it was out of their hands

We asked three different staff members for the laundry price list, but no one ever brought it to us. So we ended up driving to town to do our laundry.
Our first room had a toilet that didn’t flush and a dirty shower. Once we complained, they moved us to another room right away.
In the new room, housekeeping forgot one pillowcase, didn’t leave fresh towels, and the shower was still dirty.
The lamp was full of dead bugs, and because the lampshade was transparent, it looked pretty unpleasant.

The ambience of the entrance & room, was exquisite. The reception & internal staff were friendly including the concierge, logistics team
My TV was not functioning & it was replaced with an old not so aesthetical TV, the picture quality was poor. and that the main light is not user friendly to switch on.
The security guards manning outside the entrance don't greet patrons when they arrive, just too serious as if they are angry & insulted. they don't help

Central location. It is a short walk to the main street where you can find many ATMs, the main post office, pharmacies, phone center (for buying a local SIM card) and some of the best markets and shops for souvenirs. In addition, some of the most important tourist sites are nearby - walking distance.
Staff was very warm and responsive. The light in my room needed to be replace and someone came to replace it quickly. I need laundry service and a staff member came to my room to facilitate.

Excellent hotel in the middle of Windhoek. Centrally located and within walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions. Very welcoming and responsive staff. Hearty breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

Sure a beautiful and modern infrastructure. I felt very safe. The rooms were clean. I booked it so I could have a little social night at the rooftop. It was very cold and not the kind of mingling and fun I was hoping for. Beautiful roof top to have a great view of the city.

Ther room was comfortable, clean and spacious.
The reception at entrance were extremely poor. When I wanted to unload my luggage, I was told by a security guard to drive my car to basement and bring my luggage up with lift. No free Parking as at reception I was told I had to pay a R 100.00 a day. When I wanted to order an Aperol Spritz drink at Sky bar, I was told they serve it not in the Aperol Spritz glass, but in a champagne glass, not using Prosecco, but white wine. I also order a bottle of Pinotage with meal and received a bottle of white wine which I returned to bar.
The worst was the ongoing loud music next to the Hotel to which it was impossible to sleep and actually hurt your ears. The person in the room next to me and I complained. 30 minutes later a note was shoved underneath the door explaining the municipality have a big function over the next two days and there are sound rehearsals for this. The noise only stopped at about 23h00.
