I was allocated in a bedroom that seemed to be under refurbishment. The floor was broke and bathroom in a very bad conditions as well as the entry door. I had to ask for a another room after highlighting the issues. Overall, although one of best rated hotels, its is not compliant to the usual Hilton standards. Breakfast was also kind of disappointed and food were not fresh, cold and croissant seemed to be bake days ago.

The room wasn’t ready till 5p.m. The stuff was trying to be tricky and checked in a room of a lower class without saying anything.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was superb, and location was central
My room was not cleaned every day and bed linen was not changed for 2 days which made me to start keeping my room dirty.

The staff was excellent. The Art work. I think that you need to pull out the carpets and go with tile or hardwood floors.

The location is nice for close walks and suitable for my business meetings
The internet was horrible last time, had a lot of challenges connecting my phone and laptop. The staff helped me in this but it was out of their hands

We asked three different staff members for the laundry price list, but no one ever brought it to us. So we ended up driving to town to do our laundry.
Our first room had a toilet that didn’t flush and a dirty shower. Once we complained, they moved us to another room right away.
In the new room, housekeeping forgot one pillowcase, didn’t leave fresh towels, and the shower was still dirty.
The lamp was full of dead bugs, and because the lampshade was transparent, it looked pretty unpleasant.

The ambience of the entrance & room, was exquisite. The reception & internal staff were friendly including the concierge, logistics team
My TV was not functioning & it was replaced with an old not so aesthetical TV, the picture quality was poor. and that the main light is not user friendly to switch on.
The security guards manning outside the entrance don't greet patrons when they arrive, just too serious as if they are angry & insulted. they don't help

Central location. It is a short walk to the main street where you can find many ATMs, the main post office, pharmacies, phone center (for buying a local SIM card) and some of the best markets and shops for souvenirs. In addition, some of the most important tourist sites are nearby - walking distance.
Staff was very warm and responsive. The light in my room needed to be replace and someone came to replace it quickly. I need laundry service and a staff member came to my room to facilitate.

Excellent hotel in the middle of Windhoek. Centrally located and within walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions. Very welcoming and responsive staff. Hearty breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.
