The property is centrally located in downtown Windhoek and there is pedestrian access to two shopping malls, the Zoo Park, restaurants, and the historical museum. The rooftop was a beautiful place to watch the sunset and relax. The room was incredibly comfortable - some of the best hotel pillows I can remember sleeping on. The food in the restaurant was very good with plenty of options. When my flight was cancelled, the hotel staff went above and beyond for me to make sure I was accommodated on short notice in a comfortable room at a great price. The staff was warm, courteous, and helpful. What a great place to enjoy a drink at sunset, sleep a restful night in a quiet room, and enjoy a delicious meal.

The breakfast was good, location is also good, staff are friendly.
We could not use the safe, was not working, the door of the shower was not working as well. We paid for BBD, but dinner was very limited and is not buffet as it was in the past, and we where not informed of this.

The only good reasons to pick this property are - good location in the city center (everything is a walking distance away) and views from the top.
Staff members are nice as always in Namibia.
The rooms are not clean, the whole building is rundown. Bathroom are in the room is extremely open, you have no privacy. Price doesnt match other hotels and you dont get what you pay for. Breakfast is only decent. They charge a deposit for your stay (whats that for?). The pool up top is just a decoration, its extremely small and not very clean. You have children begging at the doors of the hotel.

ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. TOWELS WERE NOT CHANGED, HAND TOWELS WERE LEFT UNFOLDED, GLASS WAS LEFT UNCLEANED ONE DAY ADFTER MY RETURN TO THE ROOM. MARKS ON THE FLOOR LEFT IMAGE OF UNVLEANLINESS
