The staff at reception was friendly, and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean and comfortable, all the necessary crockery and utensils should you wish to make a nice meal. Love the addition of a washing machine. The location is great, many restaurants and some supermarkets to access within a short distance. Very safe as well.

There was a full kitchen that came with pots/pans, plates/bowls/utensils, electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, and fridge/freezer. It also had a washer in the room and a drying rack. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower. There is an AC unit in the bedroom, but we did not use it because Windhoek was not very hot.
Breakfast was just cereal, fruit, yogurt, and some cheese and coldcuts. There were no eggs provided.

The property is very clean. A lot of privacy and very secure. The rooms are cleaned everyday! I stayed for 8 days and the property was consistent with their cleanliness
The workers were very polite! Not nosy. You feel at home! It’s quiet! My room had a balcony and I could open it for fresh air! The breakfast is minimal but helped me with my keto diet because there was no oily stuff!! I recommend hillside! It’s in a very wonderful location! Never got to meet the owners to say thanks in person! I hope to meet them next time I travel
