The location and reception was good and proper and greeted friendly.
No issues on that .
Facility was well maintained and looks great and situated in very good area
I had 2 days of cold water
No coffee station either from the one in the room with 3 sachets of coffee (Bad Coffee).
The room was not cleaned (Bed not made)
The morning is requested coffee and the stated we only start at 07:00 but is was like 06:50.

The space a quiet and very good for a family with children. It also felt very safe and clean and is located close to the city center, malls and restaurants. The price was affordable, I would definitely stay there again.
The welcoming staff can be abit more helpful especially to people coming into the country for the 1st time with reference materials or just simple directions to a restaurant etc. For example, just asked a question about tour guides or how to get a taxi, the response i got was - "i have no idea, can't help with that."

Safe secure environment - under 2km access to Maerua mall & great walking /jogging spaces nearby
Steps to room 13 were too steep (only room on 1st floor) - there is risk of slipping in wet conditions
1st time to get red towels in a room (odd), broken shower door acknowledged but not attended too
Cups in room can be cleaned during before checkin in guests, breakfast can have more variety
