Great location with a beautiful breakfast view over the city. Staff were very enthusiastic.
The only downside I have is beds in the room had no support left in them. Felt like sleeping in a crater.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good as their was quite a nice variety.
due to the location there were no shops in walking distance to buy essentials but you could grab a cab to do that. The Host helped in that regard.

The bathroom was smelly, mouling cabinet under the sink, the sink was leaking into the bathroom which got fixed by giving us a mopp
Room was clean but pool was full of leaves and the food was not the best- fried were barely cooked through :(

Good location and city views were great.
I booked this place as it looked like it presented better value for money but was disappointed, first the staff tried to swindle me giving me a 5 bed room instead of two rooms, and pretended it was a mistake. The bathroom basin taps were so tight we could hardly open them, the double bed was the squeakiest thing Id slept on, couldnt turn without a rattle and squeak! The breakfast was the worst! The cook was simply rude and didnt even try, we had better services and hot meal options at other places we stayed at throughout Namibia.
