All good!! Breakfast not served, it is self catering. Excellent reception, service is good, rooms spacious and clean. Secure parking, safe environment. Wonderful stay!!!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Both times the rooms (it is a small house) were very clean and tidy. All the facilities - shower, microwave - worked well and were clean. There is a nice sitting area in the front of the house by the kitchen that was comfortable. Just remember, cash only.
Nothing. It is a great place. It is a bit far from the airport, but so is most accomodation as the airport is on the other side of the city and you have to drive a ways out into the countryside to get to it.

The rooms were comfortable enough for an overnight stay, and the property was clean and secure. The owner was attentive to our needs, we were able to leave our luggage after checkout and wait for our transport without any issues. Other staff kept to themselves and avoided unnecessary interaction. Although “breakfast” is mentioned in the facility's name, the website clearly states that no breakfast is offered. Overall, it’s an acceptable and practical budget option.

Very clean room with a small kitchen area that has all utensils you could need. Small sitting area on the patio for sundowners and parking inside property was nice. Very fast wifi but smart tv would be nice to have. Very good value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a good shower. It's a little far from the centre but you can easily get a Yango to any place downtown for not much money. There is parking if you have your own vehicle. Although it's name suggests breakfast, there is no breakfast option.

Awesome, quiet neighborhood. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Great place if you want to stay in Windhoek. 12 mins drive from Windhoek Truck port and TransNamib Station.

Nice place where I have stayed before. Mostly modern and well maintained.
There is a lot of noise from construction next door, which is out of this property owner's control, yet still distracting.
