The premises looks good, nice and green and the staff was very friendly.
We stayed in Room 3. I realize that it is an overnight room, but it needs to follow the same standard as the rest of your rooms and grounds:
1. Consider painting out your overnight room, the walls are dirty.
2. The room was full of ants and sand. Consider pest control or use fendona to spray the rooms.
3. Put a dustbin in the room.
4. On your website you advertise that the bird viewing is for free for overnight guests, we had to pay to see the birds. If the website is incorrect, please update it.
The rest of the place is so beautiful and well kept, get he overnight rooms on the same standard please.

Nice chalet halfway between the airport and the city - right beside Safari Car Rental where we were picking up our camper the following morning.
Staff arranged to leave some microwaveable burgers and pies for us since the restaurant was closed the evening we were there, which we really appreciated.
There was a little confusion getting in when we arrived - we had to call 2 separate numbers and wait about 10 mins to be let in the gate, which was a bit strange.

Bar and restaurant closed Sunday afternoon/evening. Luckily there is another place 3km up the road where food and drinks are available Sundays.

Good location and nice room. Staff were helpful.
We were asked for a prepayment - an extra fee was charged for making the payment - didn’t happen ANYWHERE else in all the 3 weeks of travelling in Namibia. We had a flight arriving at 20:00 so messaged the owner to say we would be arriving at 21:00 - we were charged a “late check in fee” of N$250. We were told to WhatsApp when we got to the gate which was fine but we were just given the key and pointed to our chalet. I can’t see anything about late check in fees on Booking.com and if we weren’t out of the cancellation period would have gone somewhere else on principle.

The scenery
The bathrooms did not have any soap. The breakfast menu did not have a variety of food. We couldn’t order either from lunch menu due to the fact that they were preparing for lunch buffet. There were no complimentary refreshments such as tea, coffee. We have to ask for them to provide.

They have a herd of goats and one gave birth while we were there. The kid was so cute. There's also a few antilope, some ducks and a gaggle of geese, so that was fun. The restaurant on-site was convenient and food wasn't bad.
The ensuite bathroom was not very clean. There were no toiletries, not even hand soap at the basin. The shower needs to be replaced. I wasn't 100% convinced that the linen on the bed was fresh. They have a bar on-site and even though our chalet was far from it, we could still hear drunk people shouting. The alarm at the property across the road kept going off, so I was up a few times to check our car was fine while the gate was still open with the people at the bar still on-site. Restaurant staff need some training.

The farm was so nice stop to relax after longhaul flight! This place is for those who loves animals! Staff was really kind, and made a lot efforts for us. Room was clean and we had a lot space. The pool was clean, but there was no sunchairs.

Very close to the airport and provided airport transfer.
There was a loud pump or something outside my room that kept me up. They don’t provide any soaps in the bathroom so bring your own.
