The pool is a fiction, more like a fountain in the rooftop restaurant. Not really useable as a pool.

Central location
Air conditioner not cooling the room , mould in the shower, empty soap dispenser in the shower. Poor for a 4 star hotel. Not recommended.

Breakfast was excellent, although the issue I had, was that the breakfast opened at 6:00am, but the hot foods and items like bacon etc was never ready and had to be cooked specially upon my early arrival.
Whilst the hotel could be considered "dated" the biggest issue I had was water pressure in the shower, and this could be related to the plumbing being old and blocked, or simply the pumps. The shower was not a good experience at the beginning of a new day.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center.
I chose this hotel for the casino. Unfortunately, it was impossible to play on the first night due to a computer malfunction.
Also, the rooftop pool is very small and located in the middle of the restaurant. I imagine no one swims there.

The beds are comfortable. The front desk personnel is very nice.
The hotel is in an area that feels sketchy. We saw prostitutes and junkies in the outside of the hotel’s parking lot. We arrived on a Saturday night when the casino was open and there were people in the lobby and elevator that made us feel unsafe. While the hotel has security personnel, it did not make a good first impression. I would not stay here again for this reason.

check in is very slow, receptionist even didnt explain basic stiff like facility, breakfast time etc. no restaurant in the rooftop, pool is not functioning. there’s high new building in front of the hotel.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. The staff was really nice. The hotel is located in a mall, so for us as self-drivers, it was perfect to stock up in the morning before heading out of Windhoek. The location is very central so can you walk around and see the city centre..
They told us that there would be a buffet dinner, which did not happen.
