the property is in the CBD absolutely secured, safe, accessible.
Unfortunately, the property was neglected abit especially plants arent watered & they died, the toilet pot need to be whitened or bleached so that its doesnt look brown inside.

The owner should invest in his property to attract more customers....there is nothing to write home about....tv remote didn't have batteries,he took the remote and promised to buy batteries and return it ,he never honoured his promise...when we were about to prepare supper discovered that there was 1.7 units of electricity....

Inconsistency in conditions and sudden changes affected my whole trip.
Sudden changes to my stay when I got to Windhoek. I did not like feeling like I was being taken advantage of.

I did not like anything about the place.
I booked at 77 Independence avenue and I was told its already full upon my arrival, later I was informed there is pipe burst at 77 Independence Avenue, but the main issue here is that I book at 77 Independence for convenience of its location to the shops and proximity to other City Centre areas, Boy, I was changed to LAP Guest house which is roughly 19km away... Such an inconvenience. The guest house was okay in terms of its architecture, but it was very dirty, more especially common rooms... In the morning I was forced to take a bath with cold water because someone decided to switch the geyser to save electricity.... Luis your services needs to be improved... But there is room for improvement! Work on that!!!
