The location in Tsumeb.
The beds were uncomfortable. The layout of the room is not accommodating. The food in the restaurant was not tasty at all. The breakfast was also not very nice.

Nice hotel. Good location to visit Etosha - Namutoni side. Staff was very nice. Good food at the restaurant and clean room.
Only weird thing when was the lady at the reception asked me a tip when I had to pay the bill. I found it embarrassing and unpolite.

Good location
The staff were very rude and unprofessional.
There was a festival going on just outside the hotel, so the place was very noisy and rowdy all night, it felt unsafe especially because the parking area is on the street.
