Nicely designed and decorated. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Ask for a room with a low number. Higher numbers are located close to a bar that generates a lot of noise. Shouting people, music, slamming car doors. Not very pleasant even with all windows closed. We moved to a different room. Also because the airco was leaking water on one of the beds. No lifts. Some rooms require three long stairways.

The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean and super comfortable. All staff were super friendly. Secure parking. We loved that the breakfast buffet was quite different to the standard offering in Namibia :)
It's a pity the restaurant is not open for dinner. Also nut allergy sufferers - watch out for hidden nuts in breakfast items as nothing is labelled!

Amazing location, comfy bed, incredible breakfast and really helpful staff. Extra touches (e.g. hot water bottle) were fab. Could even watch the football in my room.
Would have been good if the restaurant also served lunch/dinner, given how great the breakfast was!

The aesthetic of the place is stunning. The buffet was delicious. It was very cold and what a treat it was when room service surprised us with warm water bags.

The Hotel is centrally located in a good location. Has safe parking The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful Wifi was good The hotel room was clean and modern, beds were comfortable Breakfast was very good; they allowed us to use the conference room at no charge and supplied coffee free of charge. All in all, in a town with a lot of business travelers it was good value for money.
