Consistently Extraordinaire- This is me and my wife's 2nd Valentine in two years in past two years in this place via Booking.com .... and we are from a town Walvisbay just 30 km away with a huge family home in Lagoon Walvisbay, Walvisbay.. yet we spend Valentines here. Me and wife now together 10 years opt for this establishment for valentine day... We already prebooked the honeymoon suite accommodation suite for next year!!

Breakfast was good, rooms were spacious and clean, staff was friendly. Location is great, close to the best restaurants and the gin bar downstairs is a treat.
Wifi connection wasn't great in our room, couldn't rely on it. It was a bit difficult to get information about our activities although we had booked them in advance through the hotel. It gave us the impression that our activities' reservations maybe hadn't been made yet. It would have been helpful for staff to have access to the set details/schedule of our next day activities the night we arrived.

Ladisha at the front desk was FANTASTIC! She was fun, kind, helpful, and a great conversationalist. We had several great talks! The breakfast was very good! The common area outside was gorgeous and comfortable.
The window to my room was right by the staircase, so I heard people coming and going AND had the motion light come on throughout the night. The window also did not lock when I arrived (safety concern), but maintenance came and fixed it.

The location was fantastic! Walking distance from many restaurants, coffee shops and attractions in Swakopmund. The room was very clean and had great views and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing time. The staff made sure I had pleasant stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and there are a variety of options. The accommodation is right in the heart of Swakopmund and a walking distance from everything you need.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast experience was a 5-star experience. The location was ideal for me as I was close to amenities and the marathon start point that I traveled for.
I was slightly worried about parking being in the open next to drinking pubs as I was worried fights might break out and could throw bottles or stones on our cars
