The place was beautiful
Not related to the accommodation itself but we were advised by the staff to not go out in the evening as it was dangerous. Perhaps we should have chosen a better located hotel?

We were so disappointed in the hotel and casino having stayed there in the past. We were really expecting something special after a long trip around Namibia. The staff at reception were rude and behaved like they were doing everyone a favour. The hotel is looking really shabby. The croupiers in the casino were extremely bored, didn't even make eye contact when we joined the table to play - I even commented to her that I understood she didn't want to be there. The breakfast was appalling. We will never bother to visit there again / will stay somewhere else next time.
Pretty much everything except the size of the room - what a total disappointment.

Staff goes all out to make the stay a breeze
Reception and House Keeping are the cream of the hotel
Job well done and Keep it up
Victoria was the cherry on top - I doubt that i would have stayed without her touch
She had all the activities plans locked and within reasonable charges. Thank You
Dinner menu was a bit limitted for buffet as compared to Breakfast
Soft drinks and water can be included for ease of accounting

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in / check-out was super quick and easy. Breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of options.
Found it just a little bit tricky connecting to the wifi. Once connected it worked great though.

Nice and quiet. Excellent breakfast options. Room for spacious and comfortable.
The heater in the room did not function. The hotel did provide a portable apace heater however. Ordering food from the lobby restaurant took an inordinate amount of time even during non-busy times. My husband ordered a Rueben and it took 40 minutes and the sandwich came to us cold.

This hotel used to be the central railway station. It is a bit old but that gives it its charm. This hotel is suitable if you are attending a large function or event with many people because there are many rooms here.
If you're looking for a large hotel then this is great. If you want a small boutique guesthouse this is not it.

An old colonial style hotel, with old finishes but still in excellent condition. Set on the old train station. Felt like we went back in time. It was so lovely. Gorgeous gardens and stunning swimming pool. Bradley was fantastic and so helpful, always smiling and full of joy. Very welcoming.
The bacon should kept warm at breakfast time. The hotel needs a little maintenance and upgrading
