Place was clean - service was 5star- Room was Cleaned even over the new year holiday - very un-expected
host was friendly - location provided was easy to follow
bed was comfortable -
Kitchen was well fitted
couch not comfortable
had some ants in kitchen / fridge very small for a self catering - will have to do a daily shopping
parking is not well thought out - i did not feel safe leaving anything in the car - also people with big cars. - it is tight - i would recommend removing the timer on the gate - it almost hit my vehicle twice

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and the facilities were perfect for our 2-night stay. We felt safe at all times.
There was a problem with the payment from booking.com, and I was a bit worried, that that might be a problem, but the staff was very friendly and understanding and told me not to worry, and that we can sort this out before we depart.

The location is central easy to get everywhere in swakop
Lovely place overall
The Wifi is really slow and not up to standard for the amount you pay for the room the router can be updated with better speed of Wifi
The family room sleeper couch is really uncomfortable to sleep in and might need to be changed.

I loved the careful consideration for everything a family might need. We had a view of the ocean from our rooms. Friendly and helpful staff and hosts. I would totally recommend it.
The stairs to our room were quite steep, however manageable.
