Poor
The location was good.
The apartment was dirty, the glasses, plates etc either didn't look or smell clean. There was a oven pan in the oven full of grease. I washed everything before I used it. The apartment is quite dark, with the exception of rooms the furniture was dated and the place felt cluttered. The place just didn't feel clean, we tried to spend as little time there as possible.

The accommodation benefits from an ideal location, which is clearly its main advantage. The overall cleanliness was acceptable upon our arrival.
We would suggest replacing some of the cooking utensils, which are quite worn and could be renewed to improve guests’ comfort. We were also disturbed by a request to move our car early in the morning to free the parking space for scheduled works. This request was made only about an hour before the works were due to begin, which was quite inconvenient and could have been communicated earlier.

I liked that the apartment had 3 rooms. It was clean. Walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach. The price we paid is fair for what we got. The property was clear in directions to get the keys. The property has good wifi. There was sufficient parking which was tight but manageable and it has been communicated ahead that it was tight to enter so we were aware and prepared.
The noise levels were too much. You could hear the conversations and music clearly from the tenants above when they were on the balcony. The apartment feels a bit dark, unless lights and doors are open in the living area. A short stay will do but not long term.

Wonderful
The location was perfect, we could explore the town on foot. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mattresses provided a good night s sleep. The patio was an added bonus.
Not having a double bed in the main room. Even though the single beds were pushed together the mattresses shifted apart. Maybe if the fitted sheet (for a queen sized bed would hold the mattresses together.

This lovely apartment is located a few steps away from the famous Swakopmund Mole, the historic center of Swakopmund is reached within a couple of minutes walking. The place is spacious, quiet and offers everything one needs for a relaxed holiday. Check-In is easy, there is a garage for the car. We'll for sure stay here again if in Swakopmund next.

Excellent location. Close to centre of town. Owners were super kind to let us check out later due to a medical emergency. Can highly recommend this flat. Good value for money.

It was located close to everything. Enough space for our family and a bathtub for our toddler.
Communication / instructions regarding entrance to the building could have been a bit better. We had to figure out which of the 6 remote control buttons were meant for the basement parking entrance as they were not labelled and there were no instructions for using the front gate when parked in the street for example
