They don't answer people, communication is a problem with them.

The only issue I had was the type of TV in the room but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Unfortunately it rained during our stay so our room was leaking! But the following day we were moved to another room!

Everything was just what we needed - especially the lovely pool.

The limited options for breakfast. The restaurant on site closes way too early and one has to drive into town for meals.

No room cleaning until i left. In the room and in the breakfast area you have To share the food with ants! Pictures of rooms are misleading. Restaurant closed! Definetively not coming Back.

I didn't like the following: 1. We didn't get the room we booked. 2. The room was dirty and dusty, every corner had a spider and a spiderweb 3. The room was infested with ants.. Even at breakfast, while eating ants would just get in your food and even on you. 4. The room was never cleaned during the duration of our stay (5 nights) you can imagine, they only made the bed and changed towels. No cleaning of the bath tub, or the shower even basin, the toilet bin was emptied the night before check out. Very disappointing. 5. The breakfast was poor, apart from eating with ants, the bread was never fresh even had a sour smell after toasting it to make it atleast edible, they serve two eggs bacon n one tiny sausage. They do not have lemon for those who like lemon and honey hot water so bring those for yourself to avoid disappointment. The yoghurt was just off every day. For the "buffet section" it's a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, you go late to avoid the breakfast area being packed, you will not get any of the fruits and cold meats that were served and none will be replaced. 6. I booked the place because I thought I would enjoy the pool however the pool was dirty and I did not bother to swim. Clearly it's for decoration not swimming. 7. When we checked in, we never received any toiletries, i enquired at the reception the following morning if they don't supply, that said they only supply a small round soap and fill up the soap dispenser in the shower, I told them there is none of that in our room, even the shower dispenser was dry empty. Which clearly shows our room was never prepared for us before checking in. DISAPPOINTING. 8. The bed is not comfortable at all and pillows are as flat as a runway, terrible. You wake up with your entire body sore. They need to invest in new beds n pillows as well as update the outdated furniture. 9. The TV only has 5 channels. No YouTube, no Netflix, nothing. 10.
