Room and breakfast was all good.
Fan in room cannot be used at night, as it is connected to the light switch. Can only be used when light is on.

Check-in was perfect, the breakfast was quite okay. Our highlight was Lucricia, who did the check in and also served us during breakfast. Very competent very friendly very nice person. We really enjoyed chatting and talking to her, and since we also run an Airbnb, everybody who runs a bed and breakfast can be proud of someone who is taking care of guests so well. Beds were quite comfortable.
The rooms are in a backyard situation, it can be quite noisy when other guests walk around, and unfortunately we had a room that was next to the laundry, the staff started to do the washing prior to 7 am which was clearly noticeable. The room was quite small and we were struggling to place our luggage in a way that we could comfortably handle our clothes.

The staff and the property manager were delightful and really welcoming. It was always wholesome to start our day with their good vibes during breakfast or on our way out everyday. Overall, great value for money and prime location just as you enter the Swakop town center.

Love the area. The staff is friendly. Assisted anytime you requested and going an extra mile.
Not the room allocated based on booking.com. nor bar fridge for staying in for 5 days. The shower door was missing. Booked for double bed and got twin bed couldn't put them together.

Poor and lack of communication, staff was in no way able to communicate effectively in English, although they tried their best; however even after requesting for an invoice several times there were spelling mistakes on the invoice - very clear that management want to run the operation on the lowest possible cost with hight turnover without satisfying client needs.
