The location was amazing, looking at the ocean.
Cockroaches, dead or alive should have been dealt with before our stay. Electricity kept tripping, had to boil tea with a pot.

The location to the beach was great and we walked along the jetty a few times... we bought a delicious fish and chips dinner from one of the vans..... it was really handy to have the kitchen facility, with good equipment
The Second bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was tiny, but there was a towel warming rack which was a pleasant surprise

Loved the design, the location right in front of the ocean and the nice and friendly staff. Also, a good coffee is 5 min walk as well as a supermarket .

Great location and friendly staff.
Access to bathroom through the only bedroom, also for those with beds in living room. Old, window did not fully close and it was a bit cold (but did not really bother us as also had charming character). Got water kettle someone had made coffee/tea in and not cleaned. Needs renovation but price was adjusted to that.

Jetty self-catering is nicely located on the ocean side, just a few meters away from the shoreline. The room was perfectly equipped with everything one needs to self-cater. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The surroundings were quiet at night. There is an inner parking lot, so it is safe to come with the car and leave it inside the area. There are various restaurants and shops within walking distance, including a Super Spar.
It was a bit challenging to find the reception and enter the facilities since the only working entrance was through the sliding gates. It would have been convenient if the facility had an operational reception desk.

Well-appointed spacious rooms, close to the beach. The beds were super comfortable- the entire family slept so well! The bathrooms are decently sized, the water temperature is perfect, and the pressure from the shower is just on point. Friendly host, I definitely have found my go-to place in Swakopmund
Nothing at all - just a suggestion to perhaps change all the TVs to smart TVs for ease of viewing if one chooses to spend a bit of time in the room.
