The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was even told I could use the dining room microwave if I brought food back that needed to be warmed up. The courtyard is so pretty, it was pleasure walking through it each day. My room was spacious and airy. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable.
Can't think of anything I would change.

Good location, beautiful garden but Rooms are abite old and toilet are small
Toilets are small ,and the towels need some change to new ones, the pillows not comfortable at all.

The stay was very nice, rooms were clean and the overall experience was really nice for a short stay
I do think it’s a little expensive for what it is but it’s still one of the cheaper options in Swakop if you’re not equipped for camping.

Location, neat.
No hairdryer in the room. Only one 3 point plug, if you want to use the fridge, you have to unplug the kettle, and vice versa.

Our stay was beautiful, stayed for 4 nights. I looked the reviews up before booking and it was the cheapest in the area incl. breakfast. I booked the place and my boyfriend didn't know the place. Both of us were very surprised by the place, we like our quietness & peace, and this is what we got and even more! Very blessed during and I didn't want to leave. We could come with our lunch and dinner and sit at the garden. Enjoyed the flower garden and sitting at the benches. Very well done to the staff, we definitely will come back. It was a very good experience to us both. I, myself love elderly people and this gives just a very special touch to the hotel. Thank you to all the staff.
