Pleasant
Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. My room did not have an aircon and as it was summer, mornings in the room can be very warm. Otherwise the facilities were good value for money.
Beds could have been comfier and the presence of a ceiling fan or standing fan would help.

Exceptional
Quant and spotless hotel, very central, the food was excellent all namibian meat, i cant get enough of the steaks or lambchops, staff went out of their way several times to accomodate requests, and were just generally lovely to deal with.
