This hotel has a great location. This is our go to hotel whenever we are in Swakopmund. It is easy to walk to restaurants, the pier or to shops. The breakfast is also very good and the rooms are comfortable. Although every time I stayed there before I had a sea view room and this time we had a view of an old tennis court. But it was all good. They also have secure parking, even for 4x4 vehicles with roof racks

The location is excellent , it was nice falling asleep to the sound of the atlantic ocean. I loved the beautifull roof top terrace overlooking the ocean with an excellent sunset view. The room was very spacious , with elagent furniture and fittings.
I found the TV in the room to be quite dated and small without any streaming options such as Netflix , youtube etc. I didnt like the fact that the bar fridge was outside the room in a common space shared with another room consider adding a lock to the fridge for peace of mind. Additionally there was no coffee table in the room and no cleaning service was provided during our 3 day stay.

Location was good. When we arrived earlier than check-in time, the manager let us in, which was very nice.
A taxi to the airport was never booked properly, even though we confirmed it with the reception, multiple times during our 2 nights stay. The original pickup time was 10am, but after we argued with the receptionist for a while, the taxi finally came around 11am. We wasted almost one hour, just waiting and arguing. The receptionist insisted that we wouldn't miss a flight, with the one-hour pickup delay, and her statement was very irritating to us. I sprained my ankle badly the two days before, and I couldn't walk normally. Also, we knew airport process in Namibia was very bad. So, the original 10am pickup was appropriate. We were amazed at how the reception were so irresiponsible, and they couldn't book a very basic transfer to the airport.
Regarding the room, I didn't feel the room was clean, and comfortable. It was rustic, and I didn't want to touch anything especially around the sink. (rustic toilet paper holder, and handle) We booked the cheapest standard room, and this was probaly why. There was no fridge in the room. At this hotel price, we expected a small fridge, but it was our fault not to check with the room details beforehand.

The location is excellent. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff at the reception are helpful. Covered inside parking was available which was great

Very close to the pier, restaurants and downtown shopping.
The partial ocean view is not much of a view. By design you can hear others in the common areas. We tried to upgrade to an ocean view and I was given a key to check out the only available room but unfortunately the room had not been cleaned. We were very disappointed.

Great location! We got a room with balcony and sea view. It was so nice hearing the waves. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Eggs to order and buffet of cereals, cold cuts, fruit etc. absolutely nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was reasonable.
I did not realise that this hotel was an overnight stop for tourists. As a result of those buses being parked in the entrance area the parking was somewhat cramped.
When I mentioned that our room had not been serviced I was told that my booking was without service, which was certainly not made aware of. Perhaps I overlooked the 'small print'.
