Affordability for a family, spacious and location is good. Also see my next comments, as it includes both positives, as well as negatives.
The place is affordable and I was kind of prepared for what will be offered at this price and thus found it acceptable, neat and clean enough, but not prestine. As the place is old and rather dark, it does not feel fresh. However, the bathroom/ toilet was nice and clean and I appreciated that. Attention to bedding etc. is needed and some smaller details and maintenance would make a huge difference to offer a fresher, cleaner, more updated environment. However, at the price I will consider staying there there again if needed as it is acceptable. I will personally rate it at round about a 7 in general, an 8 for affordability for a whole family.

location was good. easy to find and right on the edge of town. spacious house and fairly clean even though it is dated towels and bed linen clean and enough warm linen

Nice big spacious accommodation. it is perfect for a family. Definitely will look into booking it again when i travel to Swakopmund

Our stay was good for one night. The hosts were very friendly and communicated very well. The flat is walking distance from some nice shops and restaurants, and the beach is close as well. The flat has all the basics and is very spacious and lots of safe parking inside the property was very welcome.
The kitchen has basic equipment that is suitable for a shorter stay.
