It’s very central in the city.
Some blankets had stains and we are not sure about it was really clean. The TV was disconnected from the cable service. The air conditioner was old and weak.

REVIEW FOR: VIP Guest Hotels
ROOM: Approx 46 sq m / 500 sq ft
PICTURES: Accurate, though lobby has changed a bit
INTERNET SPEED: 10-20 Mbps, some floors are better than others
WORKING SPACE: Dining room table or using laptop from chaise
LOCATION: Nice central location, 5-10m from beach or 5-10m to downtown
VIEW FROM MY ROOM: Nice panoramic view of the city
SAFETY: Very safe
PARKING: Across from hotel there is a free and secure parking lot with 24hr manned security.
BONUS: Someone will typically be available to wash your car if desired (for a fee of course)
NOISE: Nothing notable
LENGTH OF STAY: 3-4 weeks across a few different rooms
STAFF: Very responsive and accommodating.
ADDITIONAL: I'm allergic to dust, and something in a couple rooms triggered my allergies pretty severely. I'm guessing the sofa/pillows/bug screen. After a deep clean my allergies subsided.

the location and hotel are very close to everything
the air-condition it was not working properly, and they did not do anything to solve the problem despite the complaint we did with the maintenance officer and the hotel manager

This property doesn't offer breakfast or any other type of meals. You have to make your own breakfast and for the value of money, its worth it any way...
