The location is calm.
I had to pay around 22 EUR for the breakfast on the first day because I arrived earlier - quite overpriced! On the last day I had to leave before regular breakfast time and although I had been promised a take-away breakfast there wasn't anything prepared when I had to leave.
The breakfast was fair; for example, there was just one kind of cheese, the coffee machine didn't work.

I enjoyed the place, especially considering that it has chalets and not double storey building. You can still interact with nature. I also enjoyed that there is a gym so I could train before going for work. Everything within the vicinity. The food was also nice too!!
The network in my room was not that strong but when go to the gym or the restaurant it was good.

The hotel is very nice and is very well located. They have a very equipped gym and an exquisite spa, which provided awesome moments. The place is secure as I felt home in the hotel. Defintely a place to return.
The system implemented for the doors were not working properly, as I had to constantly go to the rececption to program new keys. This is an issued that has to be addressed by the management.

Food and restaurant staff were great.
The hotel refused to refund my one day accommodation when l informed them on Thursday afternoon that l will be leaving in Friday instead of the original Saturday departure which l consider to be unfair treatment of client. Hence, l do not think l would like to use your facilities ever again.

Cleanliness and comfortable bed
The fact that staff knocks at the door at about 8 a.m. to take your towels away to be washed. They are not returned until the afternoon. At 8 people may still be asleep, so it’s too early. Besides a place like Knfi Village should be able to replace towels as soon as they take them away and not half a day later

We have enjoyed every minutes being there.
The cost of room service is high per trip.
The bar at the pool is close while the guests are still on the swim, and at that point, you have no access to towels.
The place have a lot of plants, which makes it much beautiful, but it is necessary to have a mosquito repellent on the pool side and on the rooms.
