The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean. We enjoyed the food that was served at the bar. The room was spacious and the facilities were up to standard. The wifi was very good and we had no problems there at all.
The rooms are not sound proof - you can hear every sound that people make (next door, above you and outside). The wines list is very limited and extremely expensive. They should speak to Terramar to supply them with good products.

Staff was friendly and very helpful.
The card machine to make payment was not working. Booking.com did not indicate an option to choose any meals to be included in the stay.

Very friendly staff and accomodating all the way from entrance. Very helpful and responsive when called upon to assist. Very comfortable rooms and clean. Accessibility for people with town errands. Enjoyed my stay.
