The door to room 206 was broken not giving one a sense of security.
I came to reminiscence over a friend who loved to stay there who has since passed away but was really disappointed

I loved how clean it was, friendly staff especially the security by the entrance. Breakfast was good

I expected more from the hotel. The room was booked for a couple, but it was organized for a single person. I didn't like the lack of professionalism and commitment.

The room was clean and comfortable.
My husband and I did not like the fact that the lift was not working and we had to change rooms due to their cards not working. Each time we came back to the hotel, we experienced a problem with the cards not opening and we had to go up and down the stairs so many times just to get someone to help us. We were told that the cards stop working each time we go out for security purposes but still when we returned no one would come up with us to help us open the door or let alone give us a new card!
