Booked non smoking rooms. Room booked has heavy smoke, requested to change rooms, claims only got 1 room of same specifications. Changed to a cheaper room(2 twin to 1 queen bed), had to makedo with squeezing into 1 bed, promised for refund upon checkout. However not given as booking done through this platform. Need to click no show at property first, which will result in full payment through this platform.
1 room no water bottle, 1 room no body soap.
