The cold room the moment we entered the room.
Marriott Hotel management should have repair the broken tiles at the kids pool. My son sustained a deep and wide cut below his toe while getting out of the pool. We asked for plasters because blood kept flowing out. The housekeeping boy said the best they can do is to send us to the provate clinic. Just regret this happened to my 6 year old son.

The interior of the room is ok.
There is no lift to the rooms (especially to the 2nd level).
The view of our room is supposed to be great but we were offered a room with a white building right in front of balcony. There is no view at all?! We still see a housefly that keeps flying in the room.
The pillows are bad.
We checked in to the room and realized there are not enough toothbrush kits. There is also no towels at all. We have to call the hotel online to ask for them ourselves even though our room is for 4 pax. In the end, the hotel is only able to give us 2 towels the first time citing that there has been a lack of towels. Marriott is a 5 stars hotel/resort but the towels provided do not look white and clean like other 5 hotels/resorts.
There are tree sticks in the swimming pool. Similarly, there is a shortage of swimming towels and every guest has to wait for it. The swimming towels look much cleaner than the hotel room towels!
We went for buffet dinner at the hotel. The food was great until we realized the clams weren’t properly washed and cleaned properly. There were sands residues in the clams.
The family also ended up having severe diarrhea and we are not sure whether it’s the clams or the bottled water. There is no expiry date on the bottled water at all and I keep having diarrhea whenever I sip a bit despite eating anti diarrhea medicine. My diarrhea only stopped after I stopped drinking/sipping from the bottled water provided in the room. So please check on the cleanliness!

The pool side bar made exceptional Margarita’s too!
The spa is a bit too pricey.

1) Bed Linens, pillow and mattress are old and flat.
2) Flooring is damaged.

The kids love the pool because if the slides, the breakfast was wonderful.

kids love the heated pool and the small kids play area was amazing for my 1yo. we had connecting rooms which were spacious.... the single beds were huge, could fit 2adults.
Didn't like that our room was waayyy too far from the main lobby, felt creepy the whole time especially I had two small kids along with me (4 yo and below).

Excellent large pool. Delicious food. Convenient location near the Tanjong Lobang beach with a beautiful sunset.
Poor ventilation in the room, especially in the bathroom. There are no towels and only one dental kit; you need to ask for them at the reception.

Staff was nice. Room was spacious and comfortable.
It’s quite run down. The only part to be next to the ocean walking is almost all run down and blocked, and no signs of being fixed.
Breakfast had few healthy options, and the western options were very limited and not great quality. I was disappointed.

Breakfast - Nothing to improve, every bite is delicious & cannot forget the taste.
Breakfast: Since kids at all age can stay for free, why not the breakfast for kids only being charge for what they ate instead of paying for buffet. Since Children (below 5 years old) did not eat much for breakfast. They also sharing the portion with their parents for the breakfast.

Swimming Pool quite good and nice to swim, the room cleanliness quite okay and good, breakfast is average good,
the staff of the hotel quite helpful, greeting, warm welcoming us to the Resorts.
