Staff Jerry guided us up. We got the 2nd floor. I rent a two bedrooms apartment. Inside 1 room has 2 beds (1 king + 1 singles). In another room has 3 singles. There's only four of us. Comfy bed, clean sheets, clean towels, clean floors, no bad smell, nice double lock entrance (door grilled with pad lock) & 2 swimming pools. Laundry hanging, hangers & pegs provided. Living room & open kitchen same in description. Complete kitchen (dish wash, kettle, microwave oven, ricecooker, fridge & water filter).
We pay cash. I was lucky to have read thru the complete payment (printed out booking has details of the real amount you need to pay). Make sure you print your booking, to see VAT % etc $ total amounts.
Garbage disposal was at the end of the hall.
TV box lagging. We didn't get to watch any tv. 1 bedroom has dimmer lightings.

one thing i like is the location is strategic.
its way too expensive and i paid over rm500++ per night for the old house. i wont recommend this place to anybody. there is no fix price its seems they 'play with the price'. i used to stay variety place of service appartment around kk. The best at the loaf kk times square, cheeper look new and value for money..

Accommodation is close to the necessary facilities such as restaurants, bank, shopping, market and close to the beach. The person who takes care of the residence is very friendly and gives very clear explanation. Free parking are provided.

The view and the accessibility to all the main attractions in KK
There were some small puddle of water in the kitchen and master bedroom when we checked in but overall the house was clean.
