the location is very strategic ,in which it's a 5 minute drive to the Infamous Tg. Aru beach for it's magnificent sunset.Many Muslim friendly and Chinese restaurant surrounding the hotel.And mostly if your exploring Kota Kinabalu city, the hotel location and parameters is a e-hailing friendly as it is so accessable.

Old hotel but location very strategic from where I need to go to. It's also near the convenience stores which I can get my daily needs here. The lights are comfortable as they're 2 kind of lighting warm and light which I prefer the light one as my eyes are sensitive to warm light.
The bed is comfortable but a bit itchy to my skin. I also found a piece of soap in the bathroom which indicates that the room is not thoroughly cleaned before I arrive. Therefore, it's a bit disgusting.
