I like the comfortable environment, the swimming pool and the bath area in the house, the living room, all the rooms and the kitchen area
I am not satisfied with some of the equipment that is old, such as sofas, blankets and pillows that are worn out in all the rooms and the toilet door in the main room which cannot be locked. But on average the overall facilities in the house are good, it just needs some equipment that needs to be exchanged for the convenience of customers who stay in the house

the location was good, eateries are just some walking distance away. we even walked to imago and didnt break a sweat, so u can save up on transportation here. the owner (mr mark) was very accommodating. rooms were clean and there was enough space for 8 people to sleep comfortably (if u dont mind sleeping on the couch and squeeze abit, it could accommodate 10 ppl). for this price, id say that its very reasonable and worth it.
the toilet could use some bidet.

the owner was so kind and gave me infos about sightseeing, supermarket, etc.
we were 6people and 2 are small children, we were very comfortable at clean condos with washing machine and kitchen.
when we run out of toilet papers or water server bottle, they brought to us quickly.
we couldnt use pool on first 2days due to cleaning, condominium management team is in charge of pool, so this was unavoidable thing.
also the gate which is close to supermarket etc. was out of order and it was about inconvenient but not so big impact on us.
