The island is very nice and the accomodation is very well kept plus spacious. I definitely recommend to stay on the hills room, where there is a better view and is in front of the resort private beach, so less day trippers crowding the area during the day.

Very Good
rooms were terrific
because it is close to KK city there is a lot of litter Suggest the resort should be pushing plastic free and recycling and trying to rehabilitate the coral

Absolutely amazing views and location. The staff was incredible and you could tell they were all working their patooties off.
Unfortunately it seems like the focus is getting as many people in and out as possible. We had a hillside villa (not cheap!) and the air conditioner downstairs only blew hot air despite several attempts to get it fixed/rectified, we were unable to use it. We also didnt have a remote control to change the fan speed downstairs (despite our attempts as well) so the downstairs was almost entirely unusable due to the heat. We had already been moved once about an hour after arriving, and didnt want to have to move again. I always want to give remote places such as this extra leeway but was overall disappointed with the price vs quality. I also completely understand insects/animals in a place so close to the jungle but our bathroom was completely overrun by ants (literally thousands) near the bathtub and it was only worse after our room was cleaned on our 2nd day.

Good
Very beautiful hill side villa and private beach. Secluded when tourists are gone after 4 pm. Even though the corals are not that colorful, we saw a lot of different fishes. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Walk to and sunset spot are picturesque.
Restaurant is average. Administration was a bit chaotic which was a pity. We required an out of schedule boat transfer for the considerable cost of 300 MYR which was confirmed multiple times. However, the boat did not arrive and eventually, we were delayed by over 45 min after taking a boat on which staff members were transported. Management refused to bear responsibility and refund the costs (not even partially). This leaves a bitter taste and is not in line with the otherwise good service and positioning of the hotel.

Very Poor
Calm, and good for old couples
Low-quality service. Taxes for foreigners, wherever you go.
The staff wasn't nice, and kept me starving on the first night, stating that the restaurant closes at 21h30 whereas in the guide it says 22h00.
The food is really poor quality. It is way over-priced for the quality of service and facilities. Definitely not worth it

The beach villa was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The unit came with pool towels, outdoor slippers and other amenities.
The room could have been better cleaned as it was sandy even upon our check in

The lodges are big in size, and the comfort is met while being on a recluse island. All the necessary equipment was provided.
Contacting the staff in advance through the platform or through whatsapp was extremely painful. Be aware if you have special requirements. Small note, some equipments were broken such as the bathrub, or slightly clogged shower. Not a big deal. While very kind, the staff was overwhelmed, especially at arrival. We do think the stay is overpriced for its value. The beaches were nice but not must see compared to other Malaysian islands.

Pleasant
The private beach was picturesque. Would have been perfect had not been for noisy children clearing up (or supposedly clearing up) rubbish.
staff were very attentive and good throughout
Water came through our bathroom ceiling so had to get moved to another room.
We were asked if we wanted the bbq for dinner and said yes but didnt know how expensive it was until the bill came. 130 ringgits per person for a self service bbq with average food to grill felt very expensive.
Power was off between 4 and 6 on our first day, and no wifi.
everything was expensive - 11 ringgit for soft drinks or water was roughly double the most we had paid elsewhere.
