Service excellence especially from the Concierge desk. Rocky was especially helpful in helping me connect with his colleague at the Mulu Marriott and Miller was so helpful in addressing my shock that our flight to Mulu was cancelled. We also booked a tour through the desk and were bery pleased.

The breakfast spread was great and delicious. Customer service is top notch. Not forgetting, I had an amazing sunset sea view of the South China Sea from my hotel room!
The showerhead fitting was loose. Other than that, all is good.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu, as always.
Great facilities, comfortable room, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Just one small area for improvement: in one of the rooms, the shower door could not be fully closed, causing water to flow out and make the toilet floor quite wet. Hopefully this can be looked into for future guests.

I was expecting Meridien, but it is just Marriott.

We had an amazing view on the sunset from our room ! We came for our honeymoon and the staff prepared some details in our room~ The swimming pool was nice to relax after walking outside. Also the hotel is located just in front of the night market which is very convenient. The staff was adorable and comprehensive of our schedule. Lastly the breakfast was AMAZING one of the biggest choice I have seen.
There was nothing that we did not like. The only point would be the cleanliness of the men's shower room in the gym that was not great and could get better.
