Clean.. Got shower gel soap shampoo & hairdryer good...
Toilet, sink likely block.. Also the shower too... Water very slow.. & i make booking from online booking Website but when I arrived my room didn't ready, have to wait few minutes around 5 to 10 minute.first Registration counter give me room nomb 515 at 5th floor. When I go there room not ready & cleaner ask me go to lobby again to change my room. When I go to registration counter change my room to 414 at 4th floor. When I try to open the door, failed. I call by the phone ask regarding the key can't use. The staff forget to update the key when I ask the staff... So they ask someone to help me open the door and take the key to update. I think it no excuse because I'm booked the room in morning not just walk in. Should be my room can set up with in 30 minute to 1 hour. Please don't waste customer time to wait & settle like the key issue.
