Price was reasonable low relative to other alternatives nearby. For personal reason, we chose to stay near Inanam, so the hotel location fit our requirement perfectly. Neighbourhood was quiet at night.
The hotel was a bit run down. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, pillows especially hard. We had to bring our own. Hotel parking was very limited, however there were lots of paid parking spaces in front of the hotel. Shower area not closed in, hence after shower the whole bathroom would be wet. While it was quiet outside, the junction box in the room was making a small buzzing sound the whole time.
