Door malfunction, did not lock after close from outside. Also there is cockroach on the wall.

nothing. there are other much cleaner and safer hotels for cheaper. even if you have to pay more, please stay somewhere else. not recommended.
the property is old and dirty. staff not helpful. defensive and giving excuses when I provided feedback. he said this is not a resort. its a two star hotel. if you check owners response to bad reviews, you will understand the kind of place and people.

Stayed over 2 separate periods ivo visits outside KK city. Great location within needed amenities and various eateries. Need to negotiate staircase to staff counter and some rooms. Needed basic creature comforts well met. Clean. WiFi works well :) Sufficient power outlets. Staff friendly, accommodate to requests and prompt in making decisions for room change when door lock is not working.
Nil i didn't like. For Consideration, Hotel Signpost to be made more obvious and attractive in the midst of many other distractions and dated facade.
