the staff told me to pay in the application but in the application they told me to pay at the hotel. In the end I couldn't check in.

The price was so cheap and most of the staff were nice. The size of the room was good for money.
If you're booking from booking.com they will not be able to receive payment through the website, you'll have to pay in the property. The place is not good for tourists it's far away from any amenities, it might be good for locals. The room was on the highway and the window doesn't prevent the noise at all. One of the staff is a Hindu and once he knew that i'm not a Muslim, he started talking very bad about Muslims and telling me how much he hates Muslims and hates Muslim visitors to malaysia.
