bed is comfy and air cond works. Reception is friendly
no hot water. You can turn it up to max and it'll still be room temperature. But overall i'm happy with my stay

the staff was very rigid. everything also cannot . request to check out later by 30 minutes also not allowed and ask me to pay RM 75.00 after I have stayed for 3 nights. Aircond not cold at all... The maintenance guy keep on say no issues and even removed out the air con filter and say it will work . but i was too tired to further complain as the staff was not friendly . The room even have lizards roaming around.

The most Robotic receptionist we had very seen - no expression no smile and we arrive at 12 noon, he did not bother to check if the room is available and just say that the check in time is after 2pm ONLY

Disappointing
Nice location to malls and city. Free Wifi and value for money for a short stay. Room is clean and that's about all.
Extra pillow will cost money. Hardly get any hot water for showering. Wobbly basin tap and lighting in the shower area is not working. Door lock chain is not working. Room definitely looks way different from listing page and kind of misleading. Refer to the pictures I took of the room we stayed.

The lobby was very spacious. I can get hot & cold water. So efficient was the house keeping to send the hairdryer.
I made a point to call n confirm a room after I received confirmation of booking. z But when Cynthia was not there who supported me I had to go thru the hassle of checking in by a much less efficient staff. Luckily Sri was there to just told the boy to expedite the checking in. Need better service

Just by coincidence that we discovered this hotel , from the look of it from out side does not look attractive but the inside was good and clean and not so old or have bad oudour
If have a reassurance of car park security will be great. Just for peace of mind. A hair dryer will be great to have .
