The toilet was very clean and tidy. After I asked to change the bed cover, the staff arranged the bed cover immediately. Thanks for the co-ordination of the receptionist.
The room was not neat and the bed cover was dirty and the switches were also very dirty.

I stayed at Swan Garden Hotel for a business trip and had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of work. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also very convenient — there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which made it easy to grab a meal or anything else I needed. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend Swan Garden Hotel for both business and leisure trips.
