There were pubic hairs and urine stains in my bed. It was revolting. When I went downstairs to politely inform the receptionist (I forget her name - big Indian girl) she was shockingly rude. Cutting me off "so what exactly are you complaining about!?" Rolling her eyes, sighing. I was just asking for clean sheets. She told me it was not possible. As I'm walking to the elevator, she bursts out laughing about it with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend btw, just lounges all night on the sofa in the reception. She just wants to hang out with her boyfriend and anyone who talks to her, it's a big inconvenience. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered a hotel staff member with such outrageously disrespectful and rude behavior. To remind any potential guests again: about a dozen pubic hairs in the bed. Urine stains in the middle of the bed, as if someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and dribbled in the bed as they went back to sleep. Filthy. And if you ask for clean sheets, you will be told "no" and laughed at as you walk away. Other than that. Very thin walls, no windows in the rooms, damp smell and twice as expensive as similar hotels nearby. Do not even consider staying here. You have been warned. Don't be foolish!

Clean, surrounding with lots of food to buy. Basic but yet functional.
Some odd smell, guess due to the windows are all seal. But noise from the vehicle still can be heard. Toilet seat need to be replaced.

Cleanish. Basic. wifi reasonable. Food options good including a 24 hour minimart downstairs. Food trucks/stalls about 100m from hotel in car park. Various shops all in the near area and Perling shopping mall only a few minutes walk down the road....Paradigm mall about 15 mins by Grab depending on the traffic. Ditto AEON Mall Bukit Indah. Lift. Good if you're in transit.
Staff difficult and sultry at 2am. Maybe a personal issue. Explained the same could be true of the guest, travelling odd hours. Some outside noise flters in. Could do with renovation.

Convenient and clean this is my third time.Would come back again with my family and in laws recommend to the frens.
The recently visit upsets the situation of the bed the room is spacious for my family.But the bed badly out of shape the wood peel out from the bed edge.

For the price, the hotel is OK stay for us with 2 toddlers. The room is small but just like T**e hotel. The hotel provide basic amenities - towels, toothbrush set, shampoo, bath foam, kettle, coffee 3in1, tv n etc. The floor is tile, I like it compare to carpet. No breakfast provided. Parking is under local council, need to pay by our own.
Nothing, just a short stay.
