Prime location with good amenities. Sutera mall is 10min away and restaurants or convenience shops are within hotel surroundings
There are bars , pubs nearby. The sound/ music are loud when night falls and the hotel does not have good soundproofing walls... Therefore can be a minus during weekends

hotel is very clean, i like the cleanliness of the bedsheets. toothbrush, soap, hairdryer, 2 bottle water is provided and that is good enough for me. walls are not very sound proof.
didnt like the layout of the toilet cause the glass shield does not really prevent the water from splashing out on the flooring. On the second day the toilet floor mat was soak with water. Advise guests to place their toilet mat outside of the bathroom

Location good, night time carparking - they have a security guard, family suite spacious
Air con control - LCD faded - cann't see functions clearly - needs a new replacement, Dated room - damaged lower wall near the toilet - needs repair, need fresh coat of paint - some dirty wall
