breakfast- basic but ok. bed- comfortable/ room- clean BUT the sound proof quality between rooms is really not good. and the wifi hardly works since the room price is affordable, staff were quick and rooms were very clean, and the surrounding area is decent and quiet, I would say overall all these faults could be overlooked. i am just not sure if i would stay there again cos of the sound. I am a light sleeper. and the lack of sound proof with just light walls between each room really concerns me. sound is bad on a weekend. i checked in on Fri and could hardly sleep. am so glad so many people checked out by sunday so I had peace on sun night - wed night. noise started coming back on Thurs night. by Fri it was my turn to leave. thank goodness.

Loved the staff. Food is also great! Room has fridge, toiletries, complimentary water, complimentary breakfast, shower is good. Has water heater. This hotel should be a 5 star hotel!

They have two blocks. Block B is private, away from reception. The hotel location is not crowded. Parking is easy to find. The room's cleanliness is satisfying. Amenities are simple. No hair dryer provided, need to request. No toothbrush/paste provided. Soaps/shampoo in squeeze bottles are provided. Basic breakfast is included.
Reception staff's friendliness can be improved. I think room price should be lower.
