Excellent location for me, very near to my destination and in a very quiet locale. Spacious room. Bottled water provided. Card key lock works well.
Mattress was worn out, lacking support. Bedding was clean but obviously past its time.

duty staff on the 07/04/24 about 11.15-11.30 was question me did I paid for the tourist tax I told her I already paid tru booking she keep asking for attachment while I already show her the receipt & sent tru their company whapp number bad service never expect RM10 also argue untill like that? don't know how many people she already did it she told me don't link to their record system while I booking tru online as they mention don't capture mine tourist tax that I already paid for ?as I came far from CIQ custom

Nothing, other than they could accommodate my late check-in around midnight.
Room with no windows. Not clean: long black hairs on bathroom floor. NO bathroom sink counter space, not even for a small toiletry bag. Cold shower. Old warn towels. Had to ask for toilet paper. Super hard (and old) matresses (twin bed, not even king or queen). No bed lights. Super uncomfortable a/c: ‘on’ or ‘off’ VERY noisy in the early morning, I had to go out and noticed it was the night porter playing/running with a kid. NEVER again.

The staff are friendly
Dirty and the floor full of hair, and there are a lot of bugs in the room. The bed sheet are yellow and unclean. The toilet facilities are poor.
